We at Maltipaws are human and we do make mistakes! If we were the ones who made the mistake, don't worry, we will completely handle it! Visit our "Contact Us" section and include your order number so we can help to replace your order ASAP. Please note, we cannot replace items for free unless the mistake was made by our staff. For example, if you placed your order but you chose the wrong sizing on the order, we will not replace it for free. If the mistake was Maltipaws' fault then don't worry, we will pay for the replacement and the shipping back to you! You also get to keep your original collar shipped to you!
Our collars are handmade with cotton fabric, interfacing, and thread. If your pup is known to chew collars, tug extremely hard, or be excessively rough on collars, Maltipaws collars might not be the best choice. However, we make collars for all sorts of pups from Bull Mastiffs to Chihuahuas without any issue! We do not place a warranty on our collars due to the handmade and custom nature.
I made a boo boo on my order! Can I fix it!?
We ALL make mistakes, If you catch your mistake before 10 a.m EST the next day after your purchase, just message us and let us know and we will be more than happy to fix it before we ship it out!
How long does it take for my order to be made?
***** Starting MAY 29, 2017 we will be away from the shop. All orders placed 5/29/2017 and thru 6/5/2017 will have a delay in production and shipping. My Mom is having surgery and will need some help. Hoping to be back to normal around the middle of June. Thank you for understanding*****
Typically, I make the collars the next business day after each purchase date. Meaning, if you purchase the collar on a Monday, I typically make it and ship it out that Tuesday morning. But, as orders pick up, it may take 3-4 days for your order to be made and shipped.
You've shipped my order, when should I get it?
I have absolutely no control over the time shipping takes. Some orders take as few as one day to be delivered, others can take two weeks. It really depends on which shipping you purchase or where you are having the item shipped to. However, once the collar leaves my mailbox, I really do not have any control over it. At that point, it is the responsibility of the USPS. If your collar never makes it to your mailbox, please contact me, and we will try to handle the situation.
I need a bulk order! Do you give discounts?
Everyone has a different definition of a "bulk order". Please, if you are purchasing a bulk order, Contact us and we will try to accommodate appropriately!
Will you donate to my charity?
Maltipaws is constantly giving donations to certain charities, However, if we donated to every cause, we would not be able to continue to run our business. If you do have a need for a certain charity, please Contact us and we will see if we can help out!
